Paul Bohan is a Partner in Bohan Solicitors and joined the Firm in March 2006. Before joining Bohan Solicitors, Paul trained and worked in a large Dublin commercial firm with particular focus on commercial matters, including investment funds and corporate goverance. Paul specialises in corporate law with a particular emphasises on corporate restructures, banking and financial arrangements, commercial conveyancing and corporate governance. Paul also deals with private clients on a variety of practice areas. Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2002.
